Description:

Permaculture Design is an eco-logical and ethics based approach to creating resilient, “fruit-bearing” relationships to life and landscape. Whole systems thinking and implementation embodies concepts, principles, and methods sourced in observation of ecosystems, indigenous ways and wisdom, and other time-tested systems to create sustainable human settlements and institutions. Although rooted in horticulture and agriculture, Permaculture design is multi-faceted, touching on a wide range of subjects including regional planning, ecology, animal husbandry, appropriate technology, architecture, and Inter/Intra-personal relationships.
